I am a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Youth Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors and health and human services workers and any other citizen how to identify, understand and respond to an adolescent (ages 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
I would be delighted to share this dynamic and life changing information with you and your organization. I am available to serve religious organizations, community health or service organizations, and federal or private entities.
Let's work together to dismantle the stigma of mental health and educate others in recognizing adolescents experiencing mental health or substance use challenges in our circles of influence and communities. If you are interested in scheduling a training or would like more information, please submit the contact form below or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
